Joy11 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Joy11 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Joy11 website at joy11.win and associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the Joy11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Joy11.

These Terms apply to all games, features and services available on Joy11 including Sports Betting, Casino, Slots, Live Casino and all promotional offers. 2. Eligibility

To use Joy11, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Joy11 reserves the right to request age verification or identity documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and withdrawals held pending review.

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one Joy11 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Joy11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment details. If any of your details change — particularly your contact number or preferred withdrawal method — update your account profile promptly. Joy11 is not responsible for payment delays or failed transactions caused by outdated account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Joy11 will never contact you by email, SMS or live chat to ask for your password. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access before the activity occurs.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Joy11 support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly.

Account Verification (KYC)

Joy11 may require identity verification at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal or after a significant deposit. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method may also be required. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances on Joy11 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Joy11 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit in your account. Joy11 reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account history, verification status or operational requirements.

Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Joy11 balance within a few minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Third-Party Payments

Joy11 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — including shared family JazzCash wallets registered to another person's CNIC — are not permitted. Any funds received from third-party sources may be returned and your account reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Visit the Withdrawal page for current processing times and minimum amounts.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will generally be sent to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit.
• If you have an active bonus on your account, associated wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Joy11 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.

Processing Times

Most withdrawal requests via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Withdrawal page. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take additional business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods may take slightly longer but will always be processed in the order they are received.

Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request. Players with VIP status may have elevated withdrawal limits. Joy11 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Joy11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed on the Promotions page and the conditions below.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

Eligible Games & Bet Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Sports betting contribution rates are stated per promotion. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active does not count towards your wagering progress.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically stated in days from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

Bonus Abuse

Joy11 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to generate artificial play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus winnings voided.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Joy11's sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by Joy11. Bets are confirmed once a reference number appears in your bet slip history. Bets that are not confirmed — for example due to a connection error — should not be assumed to have been placed. Joy11 is not liable for bets that fail due to technical issues on the player's side.

Odds & Market Changes

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. For in-play betting on PSL or international cricket matches, odds may be suspended temporarily during significant match events. If you attempt to place a bet during a suspension, the system will either queue your bet or notify you of the suspension before confirming placement.

Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the match does not complete the minimum number of overs required for T20 or ODI settlement; there is a clear and verifiable error in the odds at the time the bet was placed. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.

Payout Limits

Maximum payouts per bet and per event apply and are visible before bet confirmation. Joy11 reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts on any market at its discretion, including restricting certain accounts from specific markets where irregular betting patterns are identified.

Results & Settlement

Results are settled based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body — ICC for international cricket, PCB for PSL, and the relevant football or esports authority for other markets. Joy11 will settle markets as promptly as possible after official results are confirmed. In the event of a dispute, Joy11's decision on settlement is final.

8. Casino & Slots

Joy11's casino and slots section includes titles from multiple game providers. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results or player behaviour.

Return to Player (RTP)

Each slot and casino game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which indicates the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is a statistical average over millions of game rounds — it does not guarantee any specific result in a single session. RTPs are provided by the game developer and displayed in each game's information panel.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including freezing, disconnection or an error message during a round — the round may be declared void and your stake returned. Joy11 is not liable for losses caused by a player's own internet connection failure during a game round. If you experience repeated issues, contact support with the game name, time and any error message displayed.

Live Casino

Live Casino games are streamed in real time with live dealers. Standard casino rules apply. Chat features within Live Casino games are subject to respectful conduct guidelines — abusive or inappropriate messages to dealers or other players will result in chat privileges being revoked.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joy11 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment account or funds to register or transact.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical aid to interact with Joy11 games, betting markets or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes to place bets or generate winnings that would not occur under normal play conditions. Winnings generated through exploitation are void and will be removed.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform. Joy11 cooperates fully with any relevant financial investigations and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider-information betting on cricket, PSL or any other sport.
• Charging back a deposit after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming activity.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Joy11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms or for any prohibited activity outlined in Section 9.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided. Real-money funds legitimately deposited and not subject to an active investigation may be returned to the original payment method after a review period.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including if you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to control — Joy11 will process the closure without delay and without requesting you to reconsider.

11. Responsible Gaming

Joy11 is committed to promoting a healthy, recreational approach to gaming. We provide a set of self-management tools that all registered players can access at any time from their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period — ranging from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets, and marketing communications will be stopped.

Joy11 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and technology partners strictly as required to operate the platform. 13. Amendments to These Terms
